Many thanks go out to those who have helped create the Small Cinema in Moston. These include the organisations who have funded the project, local businesses who have supported the cinema with donations of materials, and of course, the numerous volunteers who have grafted over 10 weeks to build...

Matinée screenings for all the family, featuring classic fantasy films, vintage cartoons, and bonkers european animations.
Saturday 27th Oct, 12pm - Madcap stop-motion animation following the adventures of Horse, Cowboy and Indian, based on the surreal Nickolodeon series.
Saturday 27th Oct, 7pm - We're gonna need a bigger cinema
MegaByte Video Arcade - retro gaming on the big screen!
Sunday 28th October, 3pm - Classic Disney adventure set in the world of gaming - showing as part of the MEGABYTE Video Arcade.
Monday 29th Oct, 12pm - 5pm > Hand drawn animation workshop with the Unravel Project, working with 16mm film whilst collecting your stories of North Manchester.
Monday 29th Oct, 7pm A special screening of artist Bill Morrison's archive film homage to the coal mining history of North East England.
Familty Matinée - Tue 30th Oct, 3pm > Labyrinth - Classic children's fantasy featuring an amazing cast of creatures,
Watch a master at work! Davey Jones (Doctor Who, Blade 2, Pirates of the Caribbean, Body Farm) offer tips on working in the Film and TV industry whilst demonstrating sfx techniques
Dress up and join us for tricks and treats at the miners with two great films, one for the family, and one for those who like to stay out a little bit later…
Wed 31st October - 6pm - (PG, 91 mins) - A scary house down the street seems to have a life of it's own - fantastic horror comedy animation from Steven Spielberg and Robert Zemeckis

Thursday 1st Nov, 10am – 12pm bring your knitting needles and join the ladies from the NEPHRA for their weekly knit and natter group. Tea and cake will be served, and a few knitting related shorts will be screened. Blokes can come too!
